This unique maritime peninsula of farmland (10 acres) involved designing a masterplan for alterations to 3 houses, 2 new houses and new: underground living-pods, farm shed - green houses, marine sports and yachting. All buildings focus on spectacular wrap around panoramic views, farm produce, garden to plate, water activities, are designed sustainability and talk to the earth, ocean and sky.
