Roozen House - New
Margaret River, WA
A crucifix plan creating 4 courts
A Maragaret River icon, highly published and the highest selling home on the Prevally coastal estate (2025). Conceived as a single-level crucifix plan to create alternate courts, to shelter from the Indian Ocean’s Roaring Forties. An elegant descent, through a cave-like entry, then slowly reveals the Leeuwin Ridge, local church, before being elevated out to an indigo, breath taking Indian Ocean. The living room axis is oriented to, The Bombie. The house sits camouflaged, low slung into the indigenous landscape.
