A metropolis is planned into two heritage buildings

Sydney’s first BIG green-grassed roof, at M Central, was ahead of time. 20 years ahead! Two massive national heritage woolstores were converted into 200 (drive-up) loft-apartments, sky homes and roof park terraces. The inhabitants don’t have pools or gyms, we gave them a park instead, and they love it.
