Developed by the architect this new 6 storey commercial building built on a tiny 105m2 site in the heart of Kings Cross was conceived from filtered light, A low maintenance cor ten laser cut screen reduces heat load 50% and preserves harbour views. The architecture is made from off form concrete, with raw exposed services. 4 offices top two restaurants. The screen wraps a corner, and a projectile deck area forms a solid carved base on which the vertical offices sit.
